3 Essential oil Projects to Spice Up Your Valentine's Day

We all have a basic need for love and connection. For many, February 14th is a day to celebrate relationships, whether it’s a special someone, a close friend, or your family. Whether you’re celebrating with a fancy dinner and red roses, a night out on the town, or a rom-com movie night with your best friends, everyone can have fun spicing up Valentine's with some essential oils that suit their personality.
Here are three of my favorite oil-based gifts to make for the people I love at this time of year.
Make these ahead of time to let the oils incorporate and aromas mature.

3. Soak in natural scent with Sandalwood & Vanilla Solid Perfume
It is easy to enjoy the many benefits without artificial scents of essential oils with this
recipe. Simply add your favorite essential oil to the mixture and pour into a unique
container for a personalized perfume.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons beeswax
2 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil
20 drops of your favorite doTERRA essential oil or blend
Recommended Essential oils: 15 drops sandalwood + 5 drops vanilla or 20 drops of
Balance essential oil blend or 20 drops of InTune have been my most successful
aromatic combinations.
Instructions
Add beeswax and fractionated coconut oil to glass jar.
Place jar in saucepan with one to one and a half inches of boiling water.
Stir ingredients until combined (about 5–10 minutes).
Once melted, remove from heat and let rest to cool for three minutes. This step is crucial so that the aroma doesn't flash off when added to liquid that is too hot.
Add essential oil and stir to combine.
Pour into containers like small tins, a vintage brooch, or necklace.
To use, apply small amount to skin as often as you like.
I hope these gifts delight you while you make them and offer a sweet treat to those you love.
Have fun and let me know how you make out!
Until next time, friends !
