Come learn how a few simple habits and how essential oils can naturally, easily, and safely improve the quality of your rest.
All attendees will receive a lavender essential oil sample to experience the simple massage and breathing techniques designed to support a more restful sleep. Pure lavender essential oil is one of my favorite oils to support relaxation and rest.
